2 oz. Coconut infused Hard Truth Rum
1 oz. Watermelon puree
¾ oz. Lime juice
4-6 Mint leaves

  • Rim collins glass with sugar.
  • In an ice-filled shaker, add coconut rum, watermelon puree, mint leaves, and lime juice.
  • Shake to chill.
  • Dump into ice-filled rocks glass.
  • Top up with soda water.
  • Garnish with mint sprig.

2 oz. Hard Truth Rum
½ oz. Basil simple syrup
¾ oz. Fresh lime juice
½ oz. Strawberry daiquiri mix

  • Chill coupe glass.
  • Add ingredients to shaker tin.
  • Fill with ice and shake thoroughly.
  • Double strain into chilled coupe glass.
  • Garnish with lime wedge.
