Hard Truth Tipperary

INGREDIENTS:

1 ½ oz. McCabe’s Irish Whiskey
1 oz. Sweet vermouth [Recommended: Antica Formula]
½ oz. Green chartreuse
2 dashes Angostura bitters
Orange peel, to garnish

CRAFT:

1. Add liquid ingredients to mixing beaker.
2. Fill beaker with ice, and stir.
3. Double strain over chilled martini glass.
4. Lightly run orange peel over the rim of the glass, then drop in drink to garnish. Sláinte!
