St. Patrick’s, but make it tropical! Enjoy this Hard Truth Toasted Coconut Rum cocktail on a drink-by-drink basis, or fuel your St. Patrick’s Day party and make it up as a punch.

EMERALD ISLE FOR ONE

INGREDIENTS, INDIVIDUAL:

2 oz. Hard Truth Toasted Coconut Rum
2 oz. Orange juice
2 oz. Pineapple juice
½ oz. Blue Curaçao
¼ oz. Peach schnapps
Orange wheel, to garnish

CRAFT, INDIVIDUAL:

1. Add all liquid ingredients to ice-filled collins glass, and stir gently to combine.
2. Place orange wheel on edge of glass to garnish, and serve.

EMERALD ISLE PUNCH

INGREDIENTS, PUNCH:

3 c. Hard Truth Toasted Coconut Rum (approx. one 750 mL bottle)
3 c. Orange juice
3 c. Pineapple juice
¾ c. Blue Curaçao
3 oz. Peach schnapps
Orange wheels, to garnish

CRAFT, PUNCH:

1. Add all liquid ingredients to serving vessel, and stir gently to combine.
2. Float orange wheels in punch (or use as garnish on glass rim), and serve over ice.
